CINCINNATI, August 23, 2024 – Synergistic was honored as the 2024 Cincinnati Business Courier’s Best Places to Work Award winner in the Small Company category at a pep rally-style event at TQL Stadium.
This is the 22nd year for the Courier’s Best Places to Work awards, which recognize Greater Cincinnati organizations that rate the highest in employee satisfaction as a result of winning strategies for building happy and engaged teams.

METHODOLOGY
The Best Places to Work program recognizes companies that rank the highest in employee satisfaction via an independent third party.
Winners are based on the results of surveying conducted by Quantum Workplace, which independently surveys employees at organizations that voluntarily participate in the program.
Quantum Workplace uses survey research methodology and organizational psychology to assess employee satisfaction in six categories: communication and resources, manager effectiveness, team dynamics, individual needs, personal engagement, and trust in leadership.
The scientific survey results are tallied, and organizations are scored and ranked solely based on employee voice.
Winners are determined as those that rated highest in one of five size categories: micro (10 to 24 employees), small (25 to 49 employees), medium (50 to 99 employees), large (100 to 249 employees), and grand (250 or more employees).
